Your Licence ID
Installation requires a valid licence ID. This is a string of hexadecimal digits containing spaces and terminated by a hash sign (#). Your licence ID looks something like this:e06d 7c1e 0e0e 9f23#
The first time you run See5 / Cubist / GritBot, right-click on the executable icon and select Run as administrator. This is required so that the program can store the licence ID in the Program Files folder. When prompted, please ensure that the ID is entered correctly, including the spaces between groups of four characters and the terminating hash sign.
Examples
The Samples folder contains some sample datasets.
Please note: You may encounter problems running the examples in the Samples folder. There are three alternative remedies:
- Copy the Samples folder to your desktop and run the examples in the copied folder (recommended).
- Change the permissions on the Samples folder as follows:
- Open the See5, Cubist, or GritBot folder in the Program Files folder.
- Right-click on the Samples folder icon and select Properties.
- Click the Security tab and then Edit.
- Select Users and enable Modify.
- Click OK and OK again.
- Run See5/Cubist/GritBot by right-clicking on the icon and selecting Run as administrator.
