Our Policies

Privacy: Unless required by law, we will not provide any information about you, your email address, or your order to any other party.
Software delivery: All software is delivered by download from the internet. Licence IDs and downloading instructions will be sent to the email address specified on the order form, normally within 24 hours.
Refunds: Evaluation licences are available to allow potential customers to test our software in their own environments. Consequently, we do not offer refunds on software purchases.
Credit card payments: Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. A receipt for the payment will be sent to the email address that you enter on the purchase form.
