The software can be used on a single computer (including computers with multiple CPUs). There are no restrictions on the number of concurrent users.

Network Licences: General Price List

The software is installed on a single Windows PC (the "server"). After running a small registration application, any Windows PC in the server's My Network Places can run the software so long as it remains connected to the server via the LAN. The number of client PCs is not restricted, but the number of concurrent users is restricted. (For the See5 + Cubist package, this restriction is applied separately to See5 and Cubist, so that each can have up to the maximum number of concurrent users.)

Upgrading from Older Releases:

Purchase of a licence entitles you to 12 months' free updates and support. If a new release appears within this period you can upgrade at no cost -- simply download the new release and install your licence ID.

After the free updates period, you can upgrade to the latest release at a 50% discount on the prices shown above. The only condition is that the licensed computer must be the same as previously. The discount will be applied when you purchase the software -- please remember to answer "yes" to the upgrading question. Your new licence will include 12 months' free updates and support.
